Baked Oats with Collagen
Who else loves an easy breakfast? 
These baked oats with Aglow Collagen are my latest obsession with the colder mornings. Not only are they delicious, but they’re also packed with nutrient-rich ingredients to start your day off right.


  • 120g Gram rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 ml milk
  • 2 grated apples
  • Handful of Blackberries
  • 0.5 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Aglow Collagen of your choice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 180°c
  2. Line a small oven proof dish with baking paper
  3. Place oats, collagen cinnamon, apple, flour and baking powder in a bowl and stir to combine
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together egg, milk and honey. Pour into dry mixture and stir to combine
  5. Scoop mixture into prepared dish, top with blackberries and bake for 20-30 minutes until it stops wobbling
This recipe does 4 breakfasts for me. I like to eat mine with a dollop of yogurt on slightly warmed slice.
