I don't like to brag but having just turned 70 which no-one ever believes! I'd like to suggest that it's all down to my morning & bedtime routine of a glass of Marine Collagen -
I've been taking this collagen supplement every day for a year and a half and my hair and nails have never grown so fast or so well. I take two tsps in my tea and while it is mostly unflavoured, there is a slight taste difference present but it's not unappealing like other brands of "unflavoured" collagen. I've tried most of the popular brands available and this is the best I've found. -

I wasn't sure about trying this product as I have found other brands too rich and causing more stomach issues. I'm so glad I did try it as I'm starting to see the results, and my stomach is becoming happy again. Definitely worth trying, the texture is smooth and the flavour isn't rich. Great to add to smoothies too. -
I have been purchasing the immunity greens powder for a few years now and just love it. I mix it into my overnight oats mix & protein powder for breakfast so I’m getting some great nutrition first thing. Over time I’ve definitely noticed improvement in sustained energy.
