I've been taking this collagen supplement every day for a year and a half and my hair and nails have never grown so fast or so well. I take two tsps in my tea and while it is mostly unflavoured, there is a slight taste difference present but it's not unappealing like other brands of "unflavoured" collagen. I've tried most of the popular brands available and this is the best I've found. -

I wasn't sure about trying this product as I have found other brands too rich and causing more stomach issues. I'm so glad I did try it as I'm starting to see the results, and my stomach is becoming happy again. Definitely worth trying, the texture is smooth and the flavour isn't rich.
