• Prebiotic from Jerusalem Artichoke. This is used by gut bacteria to stay healthy and maintain good digestive health.
• 5 different strains of probiotics to support good gut health and healthy skin, hair and nails from within. Strains included: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Saccharomyces boulardii, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum.

Free of common allergens including gluten, soy, egg, dairy and nuts but both products contain Monk Fruit extract and natural flavours (Salted Caramel: Salt and Caramel flavour | Vanilla: Vanilla flavour)

Blend or shake 1-2 rounded tablespoons daily (approximately 25g) into 250ml or more of water, milk, or your favourite smoothie. We reckon it's best when blended or shaken with ice for a smooth protein shake! This protein powder is versatile and can be added to baking like bliss balls, protein pancakes and slices.
