• Type I hydrolysed marine collagen peptides (9.5g per serve). This Collagen is believed to be better absorbed by your body compared to bovine and porcine collagen.
• Hyaluronic Acid (65mg per serve) to provide support for skin hydration, firmness/suppleness, and joint mobility.  
• Vitamin C (50mg per serve) to aid the absorption and natural production of collagen in the body. It is also an antioxidant that supports skin health.
