Winter is here, and we all know how important it is to keep our immune systems strong and healthy during this time. This is my delicious and nutritious Green Sunshine Smoothie recipe that's sure to give you the boost you need plus it has a little warming spice (ginger) added which is sure to energise you for the day.
This smoothie uses two Aglow products which I use religiously over the winter to keep my energy levels up and my skin hydrated and glowy (which can become dry and red due to all the heating I use.)

- 1 cup water
- 2 handfuls of spinach or kale or rocket
- 1 orange
- 1 ripe banana or 1/2 an avocado
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1 serving of Aglow Super Greens + Marine Collagen
Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth, and if you like a little extra kick, add more ginger. Trust me, this Green Sunshine Smoothie is the perfect winter pick-me-up!
